It's a great way to see what the best option is for your property before getting too detailed.

Building or Renovating

• Need to tell your Builder plumbing & electrical positions?
• Want to see the possible layout options?
• Need to know a rough layout but dont want a detailed design just yet?

Buying or Selling

• See for yourself or inspire buyers with potential renovation options and rough costs involved
• Maximise the value of your property

Concept stage includes:

• 2-3 Layout options (incl appliance or PC positions)
• 1x Plan per option (to scale)
• 1x 3D Perspective per option (to scale)
