Full Service - Concepts & Detail


This service offers the full design of your kitchen or bathroom starting with the 'Concept' stage and continuing straight on to 'Detailed Design'.

Unless you particulary would like to do the two stages separately this service is the most popular option.

 

Building

  • You can start at any stage of building even before your plans have been approved by council.
  • By working out layouts you will have electrical & plumbing positions ready for your builder
  • Give the attention needed to the most used rooms of the house without having to rush or be pressured

 

Renovating

  • Work out the best possible designs for your renovation before starting any of the work<
  • Work with a Designer not a salesman to get a design that's suited to you
  • Get as many quotes as you like from whoever you like

 

Concept and Detailed design includes:

Concepts

  • 2-3 layout/shape options
  • 1x Plan per option (to scale)
  • 1x 3D Perspective per option (to scale)

Plus

Final Design

  • 1x Detailed Plan (to scale)
  • 3-4x Elevations as required (to scale)
  • 1x 3D Perspective Drawing
  • 1x PC list (bathrooms)
  • 1x product quote (optional)

 

All this for only ONLY $700

 


All final designs include dimensions, cabinetry detail and suggestions for finishes…ready to be quoted. kirrilidesigns can provide quotes if required from reccommended cabinetmakers and/or builders.
